Top-Loader offers flexibility with easy operation

In a few days, the packer will be sent on its way to the end customer, who was with us today for the FAT. The Top-Loader 2100 i – BFS has a format-flexible layer gripping system and can therefore process different cup diameters – without any change parts. This is exactly what is particularly important to our customer, who uses the Top-Loader to handle various product sizes, without, resp. without an additional lid. The maintenance-free 2-axis handling module enables direct pickup of primary packed products from four cell plate of the filling machine. Our customer applies 10x and 20x cardboard trays, with or without gluing. The huge advantage here is a very simple format changeover with just one push of a button.
